Yes, you can track multiple orders simultaneously by accessing the tracking information provided for each order individually. Simply input the tracking numbers into the designated tracking tool to monitor their statuses.

Canceling your order is the last thing we want to do but some situations come up where cancellation is the best option to save you time and money. If your order is canceled, you won’t be charged.

  7. Save Your Changes: Click “Save” or “Reset Password” to finalize the process.

At nawiwi, we offer a variety of payment methods to cater to your preferences. You can choose to pay for your purchases using credit or debit cards, bank transfers, or USSD payments.

Returns & Refunds

After submitting your return, please allow at least 2-3 weeks of processing time before checking your refund status.

To start the return process, log in to your nawiwi account and navigate to the “Orders” or “Order History” section. Select the order you wish to return and follow the provided instructions to initiate the return.

Shipping

  1. Log in to your account on our platform.
  2. Navigate to the “My Account” section.
  3. Locate your current delivery address and click on the “Edit” option.
  4. Enter the new delivery address details, including street address, city, state, postal code, etc.
  5. Save the changes to update your delivery address.

If you have a specific order for which you need to change the delivery address, follow the steps mentioned above to update the address associated with that order. Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team for assistance with changing the delivery address for a particular order.

Becoming a seller on nawiwi is easy! Simply sign up for an account on our platform, navigate to the seller dashboard, and follow the steps to register as a seller. Once approved, you can start listing your products and reaching out to customers.

To become a seller on nawiwi, you need to have a valid email address and provide accurate information about your business during the registration process. Additionally, you’ll need to comply with our seller policies and guidelines to maintain a positive selling experience for both you and our customers.

 

Signing up as a seller on nawiwi is free! However, there are transaction fees and other charges associated with selling products on our platform. Be sure to review our fee structure and seller terms for more information.
